The mat's surface comprises 900 denier/128 filament 3-ply solution-dyed type 6 nylon.

It is constructed as a cut pile, weighing ounces per square yard.

It is a Freudenberg LUTRADUR polyester spun bond non-woven fabric (3.8 ounces/yard2).

Its backside is made from nitrile rubber.

The thickness options available are,

• Standard 52-mil (body thickness 52-mil; border thickness 94-mil)
• Medium duty 65-mil (body thickness 65-mil; border thickness 107 mil)
• Heavy duty 90-mil (body thickness 90-mil; border thickness 90-mil)

It passes flammability standard DOC-FF1-70.

The wiper mats are certified high-traction by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI).

Care instructions:

MicroLuxx mats can be commercially laundered. 

Vacuum and clean the mats regularly.

Extract or hose off as needed to remove heavy soil/debris.

Hang the mats to dry.

Ensure the mat is dry before placing it back in service.
