Do I have to have an account to order? Is guest checkout available?
Yes, we do offer guest checkout. However, to take full advantage of the custom features of HY Supplies Inc., including saving your order history for easy reorder, we suggest you create an account. For any privacy concerns, please refer to our Policies page.
Do you offer Open Credit accounts?
Yes, we offer. Open Credit accounts are available only for the following: Government Departments in Local, State & Federal, with the Purchase Order Number.
A credit application has to be submitted for other regular major buyers, and usually, it takes 5-10 business days to process approval. Please get in touch with sales@hysupplies.com for more details.
Can I pay for Orders using my Check?
Yes, you can. HY Supplies Inc. accepts orders paid by personal or business check. To pay using a check, send the scanned copy of the front and back sides of the Check to ar@hysupplies.com. After the Check is cleared in the bank, shipping is processed, usually taking 3-5 business days.
Please refer to our Policies page for instructions on placing orders to be paid by Check.
Can I make changes to an existing order?
We accept changes to an existing order only if the order has not been processed. Please email us at sales@hysupplies.com. But we cannot make changes to custom orders or already shipped items.

Can I request a fabric sample swatch?
We have sample swatches only for tablecloths that require shipping costs to be paid. The linen swatches include all of our latest colors.
