1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 5 Business days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Personalized or custom-made items
Clearance items (unless defective) or Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
Bulk Order(Pallet/Truck,Container Load,Custom Made) Products are not eligible.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Return Process
Contact us at returns@hysupplies.com with your order number.
We will provide return instructions.
Ship the item to the provided return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost for eligible cases.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
