Laundering instruction:
Utilizes PET Yarn, a polyester that requires proper chemistry for optimal results.
The yarn's affinity for retaining oils makes it ideal for use with oils.
Recommended chemicals: 2 oz. of detergent per cwt., one oz. of alkali per cwt.
The chemical level depends on the account type.
Consult the chemical supplier for additional questions or concerns.

- Break 5-10 minutes, high water level, 120 degrees F (49? degrees C)
- Rinse for 2 minutes, high water level, cold

- Shake out (rotate the wheel at wash speed with the drain open) 1 minute
- Extract (high-speed max - 250 Gs) 3-5 minutes
- Dry for 5-10 minutes, 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) basket temp.
- Cool down 5 minutes
- Lay mats flat after removal from the washer or dryer. Allow to cool before rolling.
Heavy Soil Mat Drying Guidelines
- Increase temperature to max 140 degrees F (60 degrees C).
- Avoid break exceeding pH of 9.5.
- Use low pH non-ionic detergents.
- Avoid over-drying; basket temperature should not exceed 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).
- Increase final rinse to 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for undried mats.
