Use warm or cold water for washing.

Use mild detergents. Avoid harsh ones that will affect the fibers.

Avoid using fabric softeners.

Use white vinegar instead for extra softness. (Add ½ cup to the rinse cycle.).

Tumble dry your towels on low or medium heat.

Separate light and dark-colored towels to prevent color bleeding when washing.

After every use, give your towels a quick shake to remove any dirt.
