1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 5 Business days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required.
• Damaged product
• Wrong item received
• Quality issue
• Size / Fitness issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance items (unless defective) or Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
• Bulk Order(Pallet/Truck,Container Load,Custom Made) Products are not eligible.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

• Contact us at returns@hysupplies.com with your order number.
• We will provide return instructions.
• Ship the item to the provided return address.
• Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost for eligible cases.

6. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
• Note : Please note that a restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund

7. Exchanges

• Replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the order.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at return@hysupplies.com.
• Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank or payment provider
• Contact your card issuer
